Here's the last of the Account Move Requests! Meet Vira and Muxlowe from caat's cartoon project, Outcast Hero! Tried to make them look action-y, but they still look stiff. gotta work on that. >:I
From what I've gathered so far, Muxlowe has the ability to generate energy and use it to save the world, and to an extent the universe, from an evil scourge looking to take over. But an unknown series of events (at least unknown to me since I got more to research. XD; ), Muxlowe transforms into a Human from a Chimerite (da kyoot widdle Blue guy up there! ^3^), and has to try and get back to his old form as well as save his world! For more info, visit caat's page or the Outcast Hero page! [link]

Dragonball didn't influence me on this project either. That's the problem though, isn't it? You decided to have a character that fires energy and people will connect your work to the Dragonball universe. I'm not too phased though - amusingly enough this project was actually based in Nintendo's Kirbyverse during its early stages. XD
At any rate, this is a wonderful piece of artwork, you captured both characters really well. I love Muxlowe's heroic determination pose.
